Water Main Replacement - SE 1st Avenue

This project consists of the abandonment of the existing water main and the construction of the new ductile iron pipe (DIP) water main along SE 1st Avenue, between SE Broadway Street and SE 7th Street as shown on Exhibit B - Plan Set by the project boundary. The proposed work is generally described as follows: Provide all materials, labor, and equipment (in good working condition) to complete the abandonment of the existing water main and the construction of the new water main along SE 1st Avenue, including but not limited to the following: General Construction Construction Work (See the Exhibit B - Plan Set for additional specifications): Surveying/asbuilts Installation of water main with appurtenances Directional boring Replacement of asphalt, concrete sidewalks, curb & gutter Abandonment of an existing water main Replacement of fire hydrants Replacement of water services Maintenance of traffic Remove and replacement of asphalt Tapping services. Sediment control Testing Sodding and restoration of disturbed areas
