Special Inspection Services for Dutchess Stadium Improvements Project PH II and III

Services for qualified Special Inspections firm for a major building construction project, including construction of a new 8,000sf one story baseball club house building, which will include a batting and pitching area. Dutchess County Department of Public Works (DPW) is seeking the services of a qualified Special Inspections firm for a major building construction project. The project includes construction of a new 8,000 square foot one story Baseball Club House building, which will include an indoor batting and pitching practice area. An existing club house building at right field will be renovated as part of this project. Additional stadium seating and new high mast monopole sign structure will also be included. The project is located at 1500 Route 9D, Fishkill, New York 12524. The approximate cost of construction is $10,000,000. The New Club House building includes, weight room, sports training room, locker room/ bathroom, laundry room, lounge space, managers/ coaches’ offices, video room and incidental use areas (supply closets, storage, IT rooms, mechanical, etc. The New Club House will be built at left field side of stadium, and may include, a new parking lot, pedestrian sidewalks, new municipal water connections, new natural gas connections from Central Hudson service line, and new electrical/telecom service from various service providers.
