| Description | Paint the entire exterior of the Fleet Maintenance Facility. The walls will be one color (Light Brown). The trim and man doors will be another color (Dark Brown). The same color as the building now. 2. All items that need to be moved for proper painting will be moved by the awarded bidder and placed back in the same spot once painting is complete. 3. All surfaces to be painted will be properly cleaned prior to painting 4. Any and all debris from cleaning the surfaces must be hauled away by the awarded bidder and disposed of in accordance to Environmental regulations. 5. Paint will be a multi-surface acrylic exterior such as Sherwin Williams Industrial Pro or equivalent. |
