Phoenix Area Facilities Technical Specialist Services

The Contractor shall perform facility maintenance tests and inspections of healthcare facilities and housing, and to complete documentation for those tests and inspections. Perform specialized technical testing or evaluations associated with preventive maintenance practices on a variety of building systems or systems equipment. The specialized technical testing or evaluations may include: 1). Electrical Systems, infrared imaging and diagnostic electrical troubleshooting (Must be performed simultaneously to minimize risk and panel/breaker downtime) 2). Uninterruptable Power Supply Testing and Service 3). Automatic Transfer Switch Testing and Service 4). ARC Flash surveys b. Perform services on the following in accordance with NFPA and Joint Commission timeframes: 1). Emergency Power Systems: i. Generators ii. Transfer switches iii. Monitoring panels and alarms iv. Synchronizing Equipment 2). Electrical Systems i. Main Service Entrance ii. Distribution Panels
