Description

The project comprises of approximately 8,800 lineal feet of water main replacement, including road restoration, on seven (7) roads in Palmer Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Pavement sub-contractors must be PennDOT prequalified and pavement work must conform to the latest Specifications of PennDOT Publication 408. Quantities may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Authority and are solely for the purpose p of determining the lowest Bidder.
