Sign Fabrication and Installation

Item #1/Exterior SignFabricate one (1) outdoor sign, approximately 58” x 89” x 2” of high-density exterior sign foam, machine cut for dimensionality (incised and infill painting lettering and icons and protruding frame). Sign will be painted using specifications on Attachment #1, Item #2 Marker BoardFabricate a Marker Board with three erasable panels each measuring 48” x 72.” Erasable panels will be composed of either porcelain or white marker board. The panels will be surrounded with an oak stained frame. Stain is specified as Red Oak #2125. The right side will have a panel 33” x 72” x .060 wrapped with a vinyl graphic (Image to be supplied by City of Fairfax). A wooden tray stained to match the frame will be attached to the lower edge of the panels. (Images and details are seen on Attachment #1. Item #3 Fabric Banners Fabricate four (4) double-sided printed hanging graphic panels. Images supplied by City of Fairfax. Banners will have clamping bar painted at the top. Item #4 – Soldier Silhouette and Gallery SignFabricate a one (1 “) thick MDF painted cut-out of Civil War soldier with a direct printed graphic on two (2) sides. The pole will hold the ½” direct printed two-sided graphic/Gallery Sign. The base will be constructed of MDF and painted. Weight will be added if needed for support. Specified paint for soldier silhouette and base is Sherwin Williams /SW 9564 Before the Storm. (Images and details are on Attachment #1, page 16.) Item #5 –Installation Professionally install Items #1-4. Vendor will provide all materials and equipment. The City of Fairfax will provide clear access for the installation.
