New Boston Air Force Station Asbestos/Mold Removal

The scope of work under this project includes, but is not limited to the following: a. Prior to all work, provide a work plan that includes the following. 1. NHDES Asbestos Demolition/Renovation Notification Form 2. The Asbestos Abatement Company Entity License 3. Asbestos Technicians Licensing and Certifications 4. Name of 3rd party company conducting the Abatement Design & Monitoring Services, Industrial Hygienist b. Coordinate all work for asbestos abatement in Building 120 and 108 at least two weeks in advance with the Building Manager and Project Manager (paragraph 8 below) so the Government can arrange access and schedule room accessibility. c. Removing the Sheetrock in Building 120 Room 119 and sound insulation in Building 108 Room 104 in accordance with NHDES Env-A 1800 ASBESTOS MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL. d. Upon completion of the project a government representative will sign the asbestos waste manifest, site logs and air monitoring results from the 3th party Industrial Hygienist.
