| Description | Mowing of grass Line trim fence lines, and removal of all growth (vines, shrubs, trees) on fence and areas not accessible to mowers Edge all hard surfaces and shrub beds as needed Power blow areas which have grass clippings and debris from mowing back into mowed area. The Florida Friendly landscape plot that fronts Garden Street will be maintained in accordance with the standard practices of Florida Friendly landscape provisions in Florida Statute Chapter 373 The Florida Friendly Landscape Advisor's Manual. Including mulching with pine bark. Control weed growth in planter, walkways, and paved areas by the use of both chemical and manual weeding. Maintenance Supervisor must approve chemical weeding.
