East Harbor Park Path Renovation

Work generally includes asphalt paving, earthwork, and lawn restoration. All contracts for work herein are subject to all Park District rules and regulations, and providing for the payment of DuPage County's prevailing wage rate to all workers involved in this Project. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. The Hanover Park Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities on a bid, and to accept all or any portion of any bid, and/or to award the contract for the East Harbor Park Path Renovation Improvements Project to the lowest responsible and responsive bid meeting specifications that serves the best interests of the Park District.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting, Planting Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
