Burbank Community Services Building - Security Upgrades

****As of November 10 , 2021, Bid is rejected. The city is inviting bids for security upgrades at the community services building for the city of burbank. Technical questions must be submitted via planetbids, no later than september 30, 2021 by 2:00 P.M. Non-technical questions may be directed to purchasing at (818) 238-5466. Additions, changes and/or exceptions to the city of burbank general conditions will disqualify the bidder and will deem them non-responsive. This project is federally funded. SCOPE Scope is relegated to renovation work, including interior finishing and security upgrades and related construction including selective demolition, interior partitions and doors, low-voltage, electrical work and other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents at the Community Services Building, located at 150 N. Third Street, Burbank, CA 91502. This project requires night work. If this proposal is accepted, all the work under this contract shall be completed in TWENTY (20) working days from and after the City's Notice to Contractor to commence work hereunder, including time required for design, agency approval(s), shipping, installation, inspections(s), testing and final acceptance. The time shall not include the number of working days needed to procure the materials
