Description

The Opportunity Alliance invites proposals from interested parties to provide weatherization services for agency certified low-income residents living in Cumberland County. Work may include installation of cellulose, fiberglass, spray foam and/or other insulation; air sealing measures; dry wall; carpentry; bathroom, kitchen, or other ventilation; and other tasks specified by The Opportunity Alliance to improve energy efficiency, health, and safety in clients’ homes. Use of blower door or other equipment to detect air leakage and perform diagnostics may be required. Weatherization work may be performed in single family and multi-family homes.
