Description

Information on submitting bids can be found in the "Bid Instructions." The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), anticipates awarding a Firm, Fixed Priced contract, in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, and equipment necessary to Replace Irrigation Pump and Lines: at Marion National Cemetery, 1700 East 38th St, Marion, IN 46952, by providing General Construction in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Drawings, Specifications and related attachments. LINE ITEMS: ***See SOW attachment. Price them in Schedule B and Bidder shall complete S02_Attachment-6_IFB Contractor Cost Estimate Worksheet as part of the bid submission package. See bid instructions in Section L of this solicitation for minimum list of required documents. The total performance period for this project is 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Per FAR 36.204(d), Project Magnitude: Between $250,000 and $500,000. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Authority, 38 USC 8127(d). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 221310, Small Business Size Standard $36.0 Million. A Site Visit will be held on Monday, March 13th, 2023.
