The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), anticipates awarding a Firm, Fixed Priced contract, in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, and equipment necessary to Replace Irrigation Pump and Lines: at Marion National Cemetery, 1700 East 38th St, Marion, IN 46952, by providing General Construction in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Drawings, Specifications and related attachments.
