Description | REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) 70Z08723RKODI8270978 INCLUDING SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS ENTITLED: UNITED STATES COAST GUARD PAVING, BASE SUPPORT UNIT KODIAK ISLAND, ALASKA. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and disposal necessary for paving repairs and replacement in support of USCG Base Support Unit (BSU) Kodiak, AK. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the contract terms and conditions, the specifications attached hereto, and applicable wage rates. A bid guarantee IS required in the amount of $1,000,000.00 for the "seed project" RFP included with this solicitation. Payment and performance bonds will be required for all task orders exceeding $150,000. Payment bonds will be required for all orders exceeding $35,000. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: Refer to Section K-1, page 27 of this RFP. The total aggregate ceiling of the base period and all potential option periods is $10,000,000. The Government contemplates a single award task order contract (SATOC) indefinite-delivery-indefinite-quantity (IDIQ). This IDIQ and resulting task orders will be firm fixed price. Site Visit (Construction) (FEB 1995) (a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. If a proposer has any questions regarding the solicitation which require an answer from the issuing office, these questions shall be submitted, in writing, referencing section and paragraph of the solicitation, to the Contracting Officer at Cheryl.a.berry@uscg.mil. Questions are due no later than 10:00 a.m. AKST April 7,2023. The Government cannot guarantee questions submitted after this date will be answered. L.7 PROPOSAL CONTENT Submit your proposal packages, via email to Cheryl.a.berry@uscg.mil. The proposal must be received in the designated government email address inbox no later than the time and date specified in Block 13 of Standard Form 1442. Instructions for preparation and organization of proposals are summarized below. In order to evaluate proposals effectively and equitably, the Government must receive information sufficiently detailed to clearly describe the offeror's technical approach and performance capabilities. PROPOSAL: Offerors are to submit their proposal in two separate volumes. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. |
