Nevada Street Bridge Replacement

Work includes the replacement ofthe Nevada Street Bridge with a single-span, post-tensioned, cast-inplace concrete and steel superstructure supported on tall abutments with 36" cast-in-drilled-hole pile foundations. Other work includes construction of 3 retaining walls of various types, sanitary sewers, City water, a temporary creek diversion, reconstruction ofa parking lot, sidewalks, bridge lighting, and roadway approach construction Complete the project within 200 working days after receiving written notice to proceed. The number of working days anticipated suspending construction from October 31, 2023 to April 15, 2024. The estimated cost of the Base Bid is $5,614,466.55 The estimated cost ofthe Alternative A is $170,478.00 The DBE Contract goal is 12 percent.
