North Vineyard Station Open Space Preserve Trail and Landscaping Project - Elder Creek Phase 1B

Install native plantings, irrigation, and multi-use trails within an open space preserve creek corridor along a section of Elder Creek. The Project will install native plantings over approximately 16.8 acres, approximately 26,000 feet of irrigation pipe, approximately 2,185 feet of paved bicycle path, approximately 1,510 feet of equestrian trail, a low flow creek trail crossing, and all other work specified on the plans and in the specifications. The Project creek section will be landscaped as a natural riparian corridor by planting native trees, shrubs, wetlands, and grasses within the creek bottom, along the channel banks, and surrounding uplands. The Project includes a minimum 5-year monitoring period that begins after plant installation.
