Sheldon Hall Extended Learning Center Renovation at SUNY Oswego

Scope of Work: Renovation of the third floor, west wing of Sheldon Hall. The building will be occupied during construction. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The project scope includes but is not limited to: demolition of restrooms, demolition of existing infilled brick openings on an exterior wall and demolition of interior finishes and mechanical, plumbing and electrical rework. New work includes but is not limited to: new single restrooms, new exterior windows at three locations, new interior finishes and mechanical, plumbing and electrical rework. A furniture panel system will be furnished by the owner and used to construct a majority of demising walls. A detailed scope of work outlining the Contractor's responsibilities is located in Appendix A in the Project Manual.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
