Water Tank Design, Inspection and Testing

To provide services to design, inspect and test potable water storage tanks on behalf of New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS). Project Information Firms are expected to provide high quality environmental engineering services for a variety of buildings and facilities for DOCCS. Assignments may include, but not limited to, the following: Renovations and rehabilitation of existing structures and facilities related to water storage. Application, testing, and inspection of coating systems for use on tank interior and exterior. Inspection reports to be provided in pre-approved report template. Compliance with the latest building code including review of work done by others for compliance with applicable codes. A percentage of "urgent" projects that require expedited design schedules. Hazardous material investigation and design services for the remediation/removal of such materials as part of the work of this contract. Possible construction management and/or construction inspection services as advisor to the owner. Services can be provided by the proposed design team including sub-consultants.
