Building Systems Commissioning Services for Capitol Complex Project, Phase 2

Scope of Work: 1. Provide enhanced building system commissioning services during the pre-design, design, construction, post-construction, and warranty phases for Phase Two of the Capitol Complex Project as described as follows: 2. New 360,000 gross square footage [gsf] multi-level office building on 15th Street, between Lavaca Street and Colorado Street with underground and structured parking; 3. New 165,000 gsf multi-level office building on 15th Street, between Colorado Street and Congress Avenue with underground and structured parking; 4. Completion of Congress Avenue pedestrian mall by extending south from 16th to 15th Street. 5. Associated infrastructure to serve the buildings, structures, and improvements of Phase Two.
