In accordance with VAAR 836.204, disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the magnitude of construction for project 654-21-104 is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. Bid bonds, payment bonds, and performance bonds shall be required under this solicitation and any resultant contract. Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at 2PM. See section 52.236-27 Site Visit for details. Requests for Information (RFIs) are due Friday, December 9, 2022, 2PM and must be emailed to samantha.henderson@va.gov. This project shall be completed within 120 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NCO 21 MACC will be utilized to execute this construction project. Offerors must be verified in the VA Vendor's Information Page (VIP/VET BIZ) when the offer is submitted and, if the apparent awardee, prior to award. Requests for Information (RFIs) / Questions regarding this TOPR shall be submitted in writing in Word format via electronic mail to samantha.henderson@va.gov by no later than Friday, December 9, 2022, 2:00 PM Pacific Time. RFIs/Questions shall reference the drawing/detail and/or the specification section including paragraph number. Verbal queries will not be entertained. Responses to the properly submitted questions will be provided in the form of an Amendment.
