Auxiliary Building Construction

Berkeley County is seeking qualified contractors to perform construction of a pre-engineered metal building. This is a rebid of IFB 33012-01-22/23. Furnishing and constructing a 40' x 60' pre-engineered metal building to house offices for the Berkeley County Sheriff's office. There is an exterior existing "pump house" which will need to be worked into the new construction as well to tie the look into the new structure. Interior work includes metal stud partitions, floor and wall finishes, acoustical lay-in ceiling, insulation, two ADA compliant restrooms (with one ADA shower), electrical power and lighting, and an HVAC system. Site work to include constructing and testing the building pad has been completed by Berkeley County. BONDS: Bids in excess of $100,000.00 will require a 5% Bid Bond.
