Installation of Metal Sheets, Columns, Doors and Relocation of Electrical Switch and Plug

1. The existing building is 63’ x 30’ on a concrete slab. The structure already has metal roof with partial metal walls coming down from the roof. 2. Relocate electrical switch and outlet plug on the south end of the building. City staff will provide exact location during site visit. 3. Install tan R Panels and trim, to match existing panels, on existing exterior walls and transition parts, to enclose the building down to the concrete slab. 4. Add 8” galvanized purlin at 48” with base angle and trim angle. 5. Add galvanized columns for the walk-through 40” metal door as well as a 10ft roll up metal door, to be provided and installed by the contractor on the west side of the building. City staff will provide exact location during site visit. 6. Add galvanized purlin for walk through 40” metal doors, provided by contractor, on the south and east side of the building. City staff will provide exact location during site visit. 7. Clean area and dispose of all materials. 8. Walk through metal door colors will need to match the color of the paneling. 9. Turnkey project.
