The brick pavers installed on Ogden avenue and Washington Blvd are heaving due to moisture. This has created many tripping hazards. These will be removed and replaced with concrete and stamped concrete. Street trees on Ogden Avenue will be replaced. Curb and gutter along Washington Blvd. will be replaced.
