Description

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other miscellaneous items to complete sidewalk and street improvements on Helena Avenue from Water Street to Airport Road. The project will construct approximately 2100 linear feet of curb and gutter, 1065 square yards of sidewalk, 500 square yards of concrete driveway, grind existing asphalt and overlay with 2100 tons of hot mix asphalt, install 500 linear feet of storm pipe, install three new fire hydrants and one new bus shelter. The project will also include new traffic lane lines, pavement markings & sign revisions on Helena Avenue from Water Street east to the end of the road.
