Description | The City of Chino Hills ("City") is requesting proposals from companies, qualified organizations, or individuals to enter into a licensing agreement to provide athletic facility concessionaire services. Athletic facility concessionaire services are held at the Chino Hills Community Park (3280 Eucalyptus Drive). Chino Hills Community Park consists of six synthetic turf athletic baseball fields with soccer overlays and other standard park amenities. This athletic facility is home to multiple youth baseball, softball, soccer, and football youth organizations utilized for practices, games, and tournaments. Facility operations occur Monday - Sunday with times varying from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., based on league and tournament schedules and events. The concessionaire facility is centrally between fields 1-4 consisting of three service windows, office area, dry storage, and a service area. Attached, but separate of the concessionaire facility, is a city staff office, and restrooms. Please direct any questions regarding this Request for Proposal to Marlene Siu at msiu@chinohills.org in writing by 5:30 p.m. on Monday, October 10, 2022. Only questions with "ATHLETIC FACILITY CONCESSIONAIRE SERVICES" in the subject line will be accepted. Answers to submitted questions will be posted on the City's website on Wednesday, October 12, 2022. Concessionaire shall obtain and maintain all health certificates required by law with the San Bernardino County Environmental Health Services Department. Concessionaire shall post all health certificates as may be required by law on Concessionaire's equipment or designated premises including but not limited to food handlers permits. The successful Concessionaire(s) is required to obtain a City Business License prior to award of Contract, and to maintain the license for the entire term of the Agreement. The Business License is not a prerequisite for submission of a proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. |
