Corporate Box Hanger for Danville Regional Airport

Contractor shall be responsible for design and construction of the corporate box hangar in accordance with all necessary State, Federal and Local building codes. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all permits necessary for complete construction. This procurement process is governed by the "Procurement code of the city of danville, virginia". Copies of the Procurement Code may be obtained by writing the City of Danville Purchasing Department, P.O. Box 3300, Danville, Virginia 24543. The City does not discriminate against faith-based organizations. Provide an electrical meter for the corporate hangar. The City of Danville Utilities Department will supply a single-phase cabinet, supply the transformer, and set the transformer at no cost. Danville Utilities will also provide the primary underground wire at no cost and will pull the primary wire through the conduit that the contractor installs. The contractor shall supply 400-amp service to the site that applies to the meter base. Danville Utilities will provide the conduit at no cost. The contractor is responsible for installing the conduit. Contractor shall pay for all other costs to extend power to the new building area including secondary conductor, meter base and breaker panels. No additional cost will be paid for providing power to the building site.
