Description

Project will include construction of a pre-engineered metal hangar. Improvements include a 12,000 square foot hangar and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sitework. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to: Dubuque Regional Airport. Bids may be held by the Dubuque Regional Airport Commission for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the bid opening, for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract. The Dubuque Regional Airport Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities or to re-advertise for bids.
