(TOIAHC) is accepting bids for the provision of "as needed" HVAC repair & semi-annual service for 26 TOIAHC owned properties located at Southwind Village on Smith Avenue in Bay Shore, NY and for "as needed" repairs to existing HVAC at our other 3 complexes located at Penataquit Village, 103 Mill Pond Lane in Bay Shore, NY, Allyn P. Robinson Village, 600 Allyn Drive in Central Islip, NY and Ockers Gardens, 963 Montauk Highway in Oakdale, NY. This contract will be for a five-year period.
