Description | ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Owner - Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville This project contains Federal Funding. The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 24CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis-Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville is an equal opportunity employer. Businesses owned by women or minorities are strongly encouraged to bid. Separate sealed bids titled Hunters Point Commons (Site development for 9 Single Family Homes), will be received at Ragan-Smith and Associates, Inc. 315 Woodland Street, Nashville, TN 37206, Phone (615) 244-8591 until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 26th, 2022. Bids shall be clearly marked with the job title and words "SEALED BID". Bids to be opened by Owner and Engineer. Successful bidder will be notified upon selection by owner. Construction Plans and Project Manual will be made available to all bidders, either by hard copy or electronic copy. Please contact Randy Moore at the offices of Ragan-Smith and Associates, Inc. (615) 244-8591 for plans starting August 8th, 2022. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Project construction anticipated to begin in October of 2022 with a completion time of 120 days. |
