Description

The City of Rockford, IL seeks to obtain the services of a highly qualified professional design firm to provide preliminary engineering and construction engineering services for this project. Scope of Work: The 8th Avenue over Keith Creek Bridge has deteriorated to the point of needing to be replaced. The bridge is located in a residential area and is in close proximity to Contance Lane Elementary School. The new structure shall carry sidewalks through the structure on both sides in order to improve pedestrian safety and access to nearby destinations.
