Description

This work is the conditioning and treating of an existing surface with an application of bituminous bonding material. This work shall consist of furnishing the labor (operator) and the equipment (distributor truck) necessary to apply a bituminous bonding material. The low bidder must supply a minimum of one (1) applicator trucks while applying the Bituminous Tack Coat under this contract. Participation Ranges: MBE 10% - 12% and WBE 8% - 10%.
