East Professional Building Roof Top Unit and Garage Air Intake Replacement Project

East professional building has three roof top units in need of replacement. Units number 10, 11 and 12 have exceeded their life expectancy and are no longer functioning properly. The Garage fresh air intake also needs to be replaced and is no longer functioning. RTU: 10, 11, 12: • Remove antiquated RTU’s and supply rigging for removal. • Install new RTU’s with new curb adapter. • Replace electrical disconnects and wiring from the Disconnect to the unit. • All replaced units must work properly when the job is finished. A walkthrough will be conducted verifying the operation of all units installed. • Custodial staff will need to be in serviced on the operation and maintenance of the newly installed units. Garage Air Intake Unit: • Remove block wall • Disconnect old unit and remove • Replace the electrical disconnect and wire from the disconnect to the unit • reconnect duct, gas line, and electrical • Replace block wall • A walkthrough will be conducted verifying the correct operation of the unit.
