White Sands Missile Range, NM: Design-Bid-Build (DBB) for Building Construction to renovate HVAC system at Building 1622 at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. Design Bid Build for the renovation of the HVAC system at Building 1622 at WSMR, New Mexico. - Replace the HVAC system for administrative office space. The floor plan consists of 2 stories and a basement with a combined area of approximately 30,200 square feet. Project will include: Replacement and upgrade of the HVAC system to include air handling units, chillers, boilers, ductwork, and associated controls. The renovation also includes the replacement of the existing suspended ceiling systems and ceiling light fixtures. Abatement of existing asbestos and asbestos and lead based paint associated with demolition and construction is required.
