Northwest Regional Library Elevators Modernization

The Project is the modernization of the passenger and freight elevators at the NW Regional Library located at 3151 North University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33065, in order to bring the elevators up to current code compliance, improve their reliability and improve access and security features. Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the modernization of both of the existing hydraulic freight and passengers elevators, including new controls and other related work such as; replacement of hydraulic equipment, electrical circuits and disconnects, new sump pit drainage and related fire sprinkler and fire alarm work.
