Description

Sealed bids in triplicate for Two (2) 500 KVA, Stainless Steel Network Transformers with high side disconnecting switch and terminal boxes for the Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant's Transmission and Distribution Department will be received at the Central Purchasing Office, Taunton Municipal Light Plant, 55 Weir Street, Taunton, Massachusetts, 02780-0870 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Delivery of the bid is the sole responsibility of the bidder. All bids for this are subject to provisions in public bidding of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 164, Section 56D and that shall become an integral part of any contract awarded hereunder. Copies of the bid package may be obtained on/after December 16, 2022, upon request by emailing: doreengraca@tmlp.com. The Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received and also to accept any bid in total or in part if it is in the best interest of the Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant to do so.
