Zoo Zipline, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo

The construction of the improvements shall embrace the Cleveland Metroparks’ Green Infrastructure and Sustainability guiding principles recognized in the Cleveland Metroparks 2020 Emerald Necklace Centennial Plan. The improvements may include but are not limited to site demolition, piers, foundation walls, piles, deep foundations, steel sheet piling, dewatering, earth fill, excavation, grading, underground utilities, footers and foundations, hardscape, flatwork, deck/railing/que line construction, entry/ticketing structure, fencing, utilities, site lighting, placement of kiosks and site furniture, landscaping. Coordination with the zipline provider is necessary as the zipline components are to be fabricated off-site, delivered and assembled.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
