| Description | Flooring of the Detention Center Facilities. LOCATIONS: A. DORMS (2) 1. (4) Living Areas (sitting rooms, sleeping quarters, holding cells and officer’s towers) 2. Demolition of existing VCT 3. Supply and installation of VCT NOTE: Removal and re-installation of beds is required. NOTE: All floor prep should be to manufacturer's recommendation. B. (4) Bathroom Areas 1. Demolition and installation of floor up to 2 inch, new slope underlayment, new 1/8” epoxy decorative quartz flooring system, refinish mop sinks, sand walls and coat walls with epoxy. 2. HARD PODS (3) a. Living Area 1. Removal of carpet and existing flooring, prep and installation of clear epoxy 100% solids flooring. NOTE: Removal and re-installation of beds is required. NOTE: All floor prep should be to manufacturer's recommendation. b. Bathroom Area 1. Demolition and installation of floor up to 2 inch, new slope underlayment, new 1/8” epoxy decorative quartz flooring system, refinish mop sinks, sand walls and coat walls with epoxy. 3.
