The resulting contract from this RFP require the consultant to begin work in August 2022 with construction set to commence in June 2023. In the award of the contract, the Board of County Commissioners will consider the element of time, will accept the Proposal or Proposals which in their estimation will best serve the interests of Clackamas County and will reserve the right to award the contract to the contractor whose Proposal shall be best for the public good.
