| Description | Lead paint risk assessment services and clearances in according with HUD Lead Rules referenced at 24CFR Part 35 and EPA Lead Rules referenced at 4-CFR Part 745. Risk assessments for determining dust-lead hazards and soil-lead hazards must use standards that are at least as protective as those promulgated by the EPA at 40CFR Part 745 pursuant to Community Development Block Grant regulations. The City of Watervliet will take all necessary affirmative steps to assure that minority firms, women's business enterprises and labor surplus area firms are used when possible.
