Public Works Metal Building

This project includes the installation of a 54'x60' metal rigid frame building and foundation. Project will be installed on site at 4200 Fewell Drive. Bidders shall submit bids in sealed envelopes upon the blank form of bid furnished. Bids shall be sent to the Lake Worth City Hall, 3805 Adam Grubb, Lake Worth, Texas 76135. Sealed envelopes shall be marked "PUBLIC WORKS METAL BUILDING- DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 2:30PM Tuesday, April 25, 2023". No bid may be changed, amended or modified by telegram or otherwise after the above time and date. A bid may be, however, withdrawn and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of bids. Security in the form of Cashier's Check, Bid Bond or other negotiable instrument in the amount of 5% of the greatest amount bid must accompany each proposal as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the selected offeror will promptly enter into a contract and execute bonds and insurance as outlined in the specifications and Instructions to Bidders. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating bid prices, the Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof. No proposal may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after date on which proposals are opened.
