Bench and Concrete Pad Installation 2021

The Work is to procure five (5) benches with dedication plaques from Victor Stanley, two (2) additional dedication plaques for two existing benches, and install seven (7) concrete pads with benches in two CRPD parks. The scope of work includes: 1. Sharing bench/decorative plaque shop drawings with CRPD project manager to obtain approval before ordering. 2. Mobilizing labor and equipment to jobsite. 3. Isolate the designated work area with appropriate signage. 4. Install concrete pad per detail (see next page) and bench with plaque per manufacture’s specifications. Contractor is responsible for protecting the concrete until it is dry from any damage. All City of Columbus Construction Material Specifications (CMS) apply. 5. Repair grade and seed areas of lawn disturbed by construction. 6. Clean-up of area must be done on a daily basis while conducting scope of work.
