Description | JEFFERSON PARISH reserves the right to cancel all or any part if not shipped promptly. No charges will be allowed for parking or cartage unless specified in quotation. The order must not be filled at a higher price than quoted. JEFFERSON PARISH reserves the right to cancel any contract at anytime and for any reason by issuing a THIRTY (30) day written notice to the contractor. Contractor must hold current applicable JEFFERSON PARISH licenses with the Department of Inspection and Code Enforcement. Contractor shall obtain any and all permits required by the JEFFERSON PARISH Department of Inspection and Code Enforcement. The contractor shall be responsible for the payment of these permits. All permits must be obtained prior to the start of the project. Contractor must also hold any and all applicable Federal and State licenses. Contractor shall be responsible for the payment of these permits and shall obtain them prior to the start of the project. We extend this proposal to provide labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and all other incidentals necessary to remove and properly dispose of one (1) existing Liebert system and supply and install one (1) new Liebert system at the Jefferson Parish First Parish Courthouse . Install a new 316 stainless steel secondary pan for the new Liebert unit. • Emergency pan shall be three inches deep and shall encompass the entire bottom of the unit. • New Liebert units shall be supported two inches off the emergency pan. • All supports shall have vibration arrestors to prevent excess noise and vibration. • All supports shall be corrosion-resistant. • Supply and install new type L copper condensate primary and secondary drain lines. • Install copper unions for easy access to primary and secondary drain lines. • Install type L copper P-Trap in the primary drain line. • Install overflow shutoff switch on primary and secondary drain lines See attachment “A”. • Overflow shutoff switches shall be wired to the new air handler and shut the system off in case of an overflow or stoppage in the primary or secondary drain lines. Install in-line Cleanout in primary drain lines. • All joints shall be soldered on primary and secondary drain lines. • Run drain lines to the nearest floor drain. • Primary and secondary drain lines shall be supported with a metal framing support system and fasteners. • Both primary and emergency drain lines shall be insulated with a closed cell foam insulation with a minimum wall thickness of ½ inch |
