Description | Renovation of a mixed-use development in Monroe, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. The selected contractor will: Specify generator(s) to accommodate existing electrical loads in the Administration Buildings and Education Center(s) Develop the detailed design for the Standby Emergency Generator System, as specified in this Scope of Work, including: Site Civil and Structural Design Mechanical Design Electrical Design Control, Monitoring, and Alarming System Design Equipment specification Facilitate design review meetings with MCISD personnel and/or representatives, including project kickoff, 90%, and final review meetings. Develop and maintain a project schedule, including regular updates provided to the MCISD. Apply for and obtain all required permits. Furnish and install all new equipment and systems, including civil/site modifications, foundations, supports, mechanical installation, electrical installation, and other required components for a complete and operable system, as specified in this Scope of Work. Demo and/or dispose of all existing equipment, foundations, structures, systems, and components no longer in service as a result of the project. Perform on-site start-up and commissioning of the new and/or upgraded systems. Provide operator and maintenance training for the new and/or upgraded systems. Submit project record drawings, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) documentation and records where applicable and operating and maintenance documentation for the new systems to the MCISD. Warranty all services and equipment provided as part of the project for a minimum of 12-month following System Acceptance by the MCISD. |
