| Description | The project consists installing overbuild framing of the lower roof, installation of new EPDC roof membrane on the upper and lower roofs and repointing the exterior brick and stone masonry facade improvements at the City of Union City Musto Cultural Center located at 420 15th Street. The project includes the removal of existing copings, portions of the existing roof membrane to accommodate new roof framing. liquid applied roof membrane on the lower and upper roofs complete with roof walk pads, bird spike replacement, liquid applied flashing at existing coping, metal coping replacement, reglet installation under existing stone coping, and cricket at the high side of all penetrations, a new roof hatch, removal and relocation of existing mechanical equipment and roof drainage system. |
