Description Provide yearly preventative maintenance, annual work and repair/replacement on Heating and Cooling Systems which is comprised of two (2) centrifugal chillers, two (2) cooling towers, AHU's, Hot Water System(s) and Boilers, Liebert(s), and Gas Pack units at the Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC)'s Central Office located at 2901 Hermitage Road, Richmond VA 23220 1. Isolate chiller water and condenser water flow to both chillers, drain condenser water into appropriate drain. 2. Recover evaporator glycol solution into 55 gallon drums (supplied by vendor) 3. Remove free ends from both condensers and both evaporators 4. Mechanically brush clean condenser tubes and inspect end sheet 5. Inspect evaporator tube sheet for pitting and tube seal integrity 6. Provide eddy current analysis on all four tube bundles (first initial test upon award) 7. Provide new channel gaskets for evaporator heads and reinstal
