Russell Street Brick Paver Repairs

Contractors are invited to provide pricing in either one or two options: unit price bidding for repairs to approximately 21 brick paver crosswalks that have settlement and/or created unevenness from Russell Street (Riverside Drive) to Russell Street (at Lowman Street.) Consideration may also be given to a per day cost for repairs. Both options should include mobilization and traffic control in the cost. We will supply the information for acquisition of the bricks after the pre-bid meeting. Contractor to provide a count of the bricks they feel will be needed in their bid. The contractor is to factor all additional needed materials in the bid they provide. To be eligible for consideration, bids must comply with the laws of South Carolina, all conditions of the specifications should be clearly explained and in writing. Experience in street pavers should be provided in the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and technicalities in bidding and to award the contract in the best interest of the Owner. Bidders shall not be permitted to withdraw bids for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening date.
