Corrective Maintenance (CM) Services Only for the Medical Treatment Facilities of Moncrief Army Health Clinic, Fort Jackson, SC

To support the needs of the MDG in the future, additional facilities and incidental ancillary support services may be added to the task order. Such services constitute entomology and pest control services, snow and ice removal services, grounds maintenance, environmental and laundry services, environmental compliance services, biomedical equipment maintenance, engineering studies, additional RPIE inventories, etc. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all optional services, when authorized. The services for these added facilities or services may be accomplished via service order until the formal contract modification process can be completed.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Temporary Controls, Temporary Pest Control.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 41 -	Material Processing and Handling Equipment.
