Phase 1 of an Anticipated Multi-Phase Renovation of the Tunxis Community College's Advanced Manufacturing Center at 21 Spring Lane Facility

The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to the following: The Construction Work is divided into Base Bid and 3 Supplemental Bids. This project is Phase 1 of an anticipated multi-phase renovation of the 21 Spring Lane Facility. The Construction Work includes only limited site improvements and interior renovations to approximately 15,000 SF of the building, with limited interior and infrastructure improvements. The site work includes new ADA-compliant walks at the perimeter of the existing building and connecting the northwest of the existing parking lot to the main campus of Tunxis Community College, limited parking lot and stormwater improvements, and underground conduit, lighting and cameras, to both connect the 21 Spring Lane Facility to the main campus, and service the new walks. Interior improvements to renovate the 21 Spring Lane Facility into Tunxis Community College's Adv. Mfg. Center includes selective demolition, limited masonry.
