The types of contracts available under the MCC Program are construction projects, facility repairs, neighborhood improvements, emergency repairs and maintenance work with a maximum value of $5.0M; ORD 09-101. Funds are used to improve the energy performance of dwellings by families in need, using the most advanced technologies and testing procedures available in the housing industry. Measures to make homes more energy efficient include: replacement or installation of key components, installation of energy recovery ventilation systems including bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans and installation of whole mechanical exhaust systems to provide better indoor air quality, install attic insulation, install window solar films, repair or replace inefficient cooling units, repair or replace water heaters and address air infiltration with weather stripping, caulking thresholds, minor wall repairs, ceiling and floors, windows and doors. RPQ No: 20220114 -Central Bus Division Warehouse Prefabricated In-Plant Office Module ESTIMATED COST: $88,616.00 LICENSE REQUIREMENT: General Building Contractor, General Engineer, Building Contractor SCOPE OF WORK: Work under this Contract includes furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment and performing all operations required to disassembling, removing, and disposing the existing old In-Plant Office Module and furnish and installing a new unit fully operational, inclusive of all electrical and mechanical requirements, at the same location. All work to be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work also includes replacement/installation/upgrade of existing electrical circuit breakers to protect the new in-plant office module and to ensure that the circuits supplying power are properly balanced at the panel. For more specific details, please refer to Article 3.01 of these Special Provisions. A. The location of work to be performed under the terms of this Contract shall be as follows: 1. The Bidder must demonstrate that it has full-time personnel with the necessary experience to perform the Project's Scope of Work. This experience shall include work in successfully completed projects performed by the identified personnel whose bulk of work performed in the Public Right-of-Way is similar in detail to the Project's Scope of Work described in these Solicitation Documents. Demonstrate the experience requirement by: a. Providing a detailed description of at least three (3) projects similar in detail to the Project's Scope of Work described in these Solicitation Documents and in which the Bidder's identified personnel is currently engaged or has completed within the past five years.
