| Description | The Huntington Water Quality Board (HWQB), which oversees the Huntington Sanitary Board (HSB) and Huntington Stormwater Utility (HSU), is seeking the services of qualified Contractor(s) to provide restoration services including, but not limited to street paving, sidewalk replacement, turf restoration and r specialized landscape plantings services on an as-needed basis. The scope of services will consist of tasks assigned as individual tasks during the contract period. The contract awarded Bidder, known as the Contractor, shall be compensated based on cost proposals provided for individual tasks based on the unit prices included in this Request for Bid Proposal (RFBP). Bidders must comply with the President's Executive Order Nos. 11246 and 11375, which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. B Bidders are required to have West Virginia Contractor's license per Section 21-11-11 of the West Virginia code. |
