Description

It is the intent of this specification to establish a four (4) year service price agreement for demolition services. The contract will include the demolition and removal of improvements, such as accessory structures, single-family, duplex, multi-family and commercial structures and clearing and leveling of premises at various locations, all within the corporate limits of the City of Dallas. Specifications also include the demolition of buildings, structures, or portions of the same, that have been found to constitute an urban nuisance and are to be demolished according to orders and decisions rendered by District Court of Dallas County and Municipal Courts of the City of Dallas; and structures that are to be considered an extreme health hazard by the City Health Official or in danger of imminent collapse by the City Fire Marshall.
